Basically Tim Tyler decided that there wasn't going to be a women's race because it was too small (ended up being 5 total). This also meant that he lied on his flyer saying that $100 payout was going out to the top 3. His excuse was that he needed to make money somehow. That really stinks for students like me. The only way he was going to hand out prize money was if 10 women showed up. Ha! None of his races all year have had ten women. Better yet, most of the races around the Midwest barely have had 10 women. How does this man expect to get more women to race if he continues to have this attitude!!!
