Great Buckeye Challenge

Good race at Buck Creek, bike course had a few climbs and rollers, downhill then uphill out and back on the run, makes the last mile tough especially with the heat today, 1st in age group, 3rd overall, felt consistent in all 3 events, not quite red-lined but comfortable

Probably the last race of the season for me with scheduling conflicts for the remaining races. Olympic distance on one of the more challenging courses. Swim was solid. Bike course had more elevation chamge than most with a couple of short steep climbs. Felt really good on the bike after not racing for a while. Run was pretty good for me, especially considering it really started to heat up and the last 1.5 - 2 miles to the finish was all up hill.
