Greenswell Darby "Spring for SIDS" Duathlon

Early season race, early season form. Brutal run course, windy on the ride, good thing new bike is super aerodynamic!

First race of the year, first Duathlon - I like it better with a swim. Definitely not in race shape but a good first event. Temps were just about perfect and just a little wind. The "trail run" was a bit more than I was expecting with some major elevation changes that my legs are still telling me about. The new SpeedConcept was a sweet ride but apparently doesn't make up for poor conditioning. Great race for Josh.
